Acceptable Use Policy
What businesses, partners and messages on ThreeCommas must not contain or do.

1. Businesses may not
- List products that are illegal, deceptive, or primarily adult, gambling, weapons, drugs, debt collection or multi-level marketing.
- Misstate anything about the product, customers, revenue or partnership terms that is not verified data.
- Post opportunities that require partners to pay to participate, or that are disguised employment.
- Refuse to pay commission that is owed under a signed agreement, or create customers outside Stripe to avoid attribution.
2. Partners may not
- Register leads they are not genuinely working, register their own company or employer, or split one company into several leads.
- Use promo codes on coupon or cashback sites unless the agreement allows it.
- Send unsolicited bulk email, buy lists, or break anti-spam laws (such as PECR, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL).
- Make promises or claims about a product that the business has not approved, or pose as the business’s employee.
- Offer bribes, kickbacks or gifts to win customers.
3. Messages and files may not contain
- Harassment, threats, hate speech or sexual content.
- Malware, phishing links or requests for passwords or card numbers.
- Other people’s personal data without a lawful reason.
- Attempts to take a partnership off ThreeCommas to avoid fees.
4. Enforcement
Anyone can report content with the Report button. We may remove content, void commission lines or leads obtained by breaking this policy, suspend accounts, and report illegal activity to the authorities.
